Mustang Mach-E PAAK (Phone As A Key) Feature


 

Troubleshooting Mach-E PAAK Feature

If you are unable to complete the setup for the Mach-E PAAK (phone as a key feature) using your FordPass app on your smartphone, proceed with the following steps:

1) On the FordPass App open the vehicle tab and remove the vehicle
2) On the main screen of your Mach-E open the vehicle tab (upper left)
3) Go into settings
4) Open the connectivity tab
5) Open the connected vehicle features and turn off share vehicle data
6) Add your Mach-E by VIN to the FordPass App
7) The Set up Phone as a Key feature will pop up
8) On main screen turn on share vehicle data and press the PAAK acceptance key
